MyTots™ want all new parents to feel understood, respected, supported, and informed when making decisions. We understand that everyone’s baby and feeding journey are different. Formula feeding baby is the choice of many parents, for various reasons, when not breastfeeding.
Navigating infant formula products can be overwhelming due to limited and conflicting information available. You might struggle in understanding the nutritional differences, choosing between products, determining whether it’s worth paying more, or have other questions.

MEET OUR FOUNDER
Hello, my name is Catherine and I’m a lifelong nutrition explorer!
What does that mean? It means I have always been passionate about food – from its sourcing all the way to the table – and how this plays into human health throughout our lives.
My passion for food, health and movement has always been a driving force in my life. I studied a Science Degree in Human Nutrition at University, was a professional group exercise instructor at the uni gym. I then went on to a career working across Australia, New Zealand and the global food industry in nutrition and regulations covering nearly every food that you’ll find sold in a supermarket.
The last 7 years I’ve specialised in the highly technical area of infant formula products. Through doing this work and listening to the people using these products I became aware of the confusion and struggle carers have in getting credible information to choose between infant formula products.
I decided to launch this website as a service to all those nurturing an infant that have chosen to formula feed. My hope is that I can help de-mystify the labels, the different options and recommendations so that you know you can make the most informed choices for your baby.
